Lil coaches high-level talent including Forest Whitaker and Jackie Burns. Her recent work includes film and television projects such as Big George Foreman, Havoc, Andor, Emperor of Ocean Park, Godfather of Harlem, Extrapolations, Young Rock, Rose’s Baby, The War Between The Land and The Sea and BASTA! Hollands Licht. 

She is an acting instructor at the Joffrey Ballet School and Broadway Rise, and a jury member for the New York, Cannes, Venice, and Hollywood Indie Shorts Festivals.
