On the night of his 40th birthday, Sam is surrounded by close friends and neighbors for what should be a lighthearted celebration. But the evening takes a dark turn when it’s revealed that the murky pond his neighbor David recently drained to build a tennis court may have been the fountain of youth. As tensions rise and secrets surface, the group discovers that a single vial of the water remains—and they’re willing to kill for it. What begins as suburban banter spirals into chaos, forcing Sam to confront just how far his neighbors will go to escape death.
